1. Who we are
Notion Calendar Sync (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is a web application that connects your Notion workspace to calendar apps via iCal feeds. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website and app at our published domain (for example notionsync.url2.at).
2. Information we collect
We collect and process the following categories of data:
- Account data: email address, display name, password (stored hashed), plan tier (Free or Premium), and session tokens when you sign in.
- Notion connection data: OAuth tokens, workspace names, database IDs, and property mappings you choose so we can sync events. We read Notion content only as needed to build your calendar feeds.
- Calendar feed data: event titles, dates, descriptions, and related fields derived from your Notion pages, stored to generate ICS feeds and previews.
- Billing data (Premium): if you subscribe, payment is processed by Paddle. We store Paddle customer and subscription identifiers and billing status—not your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to:
- authenticate you and operate your account;
- connect to Notion and sync databases on your schedule or when you request a sync;
- generate and serve calendar feed URLs you subscribe to in Google, Apple, or Outlook;
- process subscriptions and manage Premium features;
- send password-reset emails when you request them;
- improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Notion — workspace access via OAuth (subject to Notion’s privacy policy).
- Paddle — payment processing for Premium plans.
- MongoDB — hosting of account, connection, and feed data.
- Mailjet (or equivalent email provider) — transactional email such as password resets.
Each provider receives only the data necessary to perform its function.
5. Data retention
We retain account and feed data while your account is active. If you disconnect Notion or delete feeds, associated sync data is removed or deactivated according to our application logic. You may request account deletion by contacting support@url2.at.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@url2.at and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
