1. Overview
Premium plans for Notion Calendar Sync are billed through Paddle. This policy explains when refunds may be available. It supplements our Terms and Conditions.
2. Monthly and annual subscriptions
- You may cancel a subscription at any time from Manage billing in your account (Paddle Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; you typically retain Premium until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds for partial periods are not automatic. If you believe you were charged in error or the Service was unavailable for a material period, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@url2.at with your account email and payment date.
- Approved subscription refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Lifetime (one-time) purchase
Lifetime Premium is a single payment (currently $100 USD as shown on Pricing). Because access is granted immediately and does not expire:
- Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion (for example duplicate charges or failure to activate Premium after payment).
- If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not materially used Premium features, contact support with your receipt; we may offer a full or partial refund.
4. Free plan
The Free plan does not involve payment. No refunds apply.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email support@url2.at so we can resolve issues quickly.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@url2.at with:
- the email address on your account;
- plan type (monthly, yearly, or lifetime);
- date of purchase; and
- a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
