Terms and Conditions

Rules for using Notion Calendar Sync. Please read these terms before using the Service.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Notion Calendar Sync (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets you connect a Notion workspace, map database properties to calendar fields, and obtain iCal feed URLs for use in third-party calendar applications. We are not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc., Google, Apple, or Microsoft. Your use of Notion and calendar apps remains subject to their respective terms.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must have permission to connect any Notion workspace you link to the Service.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Plans and billing

Free includes limited feeds and workspaces as described on our Pricing page. Premium is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Paddle. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; existing subscriptions are governed by Paddle billing rules unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the Paddle Customer Portal (Manage billing in your account). Lifetime Premium is a one-time payment with no recurring renewal. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights;
  • attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or plan restrictions;
  • scrape, resell, or overload the Service without written permission;
  • share feed URLs publicly if they expose private data you are not authorized to distribute;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and software. You retain ownership of your Notion content. You grant us a limited license to process your Notion data solely to provide the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable sync and uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable. Calendar apps may cache feed data; refresh timing depends on both our sync schedule and the calendar client.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE PLAN.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your Notion content, or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
